When you inhale essential oils, the aroma travels to the part of your brain known as the olfactory nervous system. Your limbic system is a part of the brain that helps process, respond, and store emotions. Essential oils may help you deal with these emotions and some people have found them helpful.  You can roll them on your skin, or diffuse them.  Some of our clients even have diffusers for their cars.
